Registrars and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)
for handling the physical share registry
work since March 2003. This is in compliance
of the SEBI circular (Circular No. D&CC/FITTC/CIR-15/2002
dated 27th December 2002) which mandates
that all the work related to share registry
in terms of both physical and electronic
should be maintained at a single point i.e.
either in-house by the company or by a SEBI
registered Registrars and Share Transfer
Agent.
