After working in Fortune 500 multinational companies for over 5 years, I was apprehensive about joining an Indian company like Cholamandalam. In addition, I was selected to the prestigious Young Leadership Program (YLP) of Murugappa Group the year after. This is a prestigious management program offered for Group employees, in association with IIM (Bangalore).
