Founded in 2004, Prognosys Medical Systems designs and manufactures digital medical imaging equipment under the ProRad™ brand. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company has grown from an importer and distributor of digital X-ray systems into a full-stack engineering and manufacturing organisation – developing radiology and fluoroscopy solutions for hospitals, clinics, field deployments, and veterinary globally. In 2022, Molbio Diagnostics — a pioneer in point-of-care molecular diagnostics – became the majority stakeholder in Prognosys, combining radiology and molecular diagnostics to enable end-to-end disease screening at the point of care.
