Job Purpose:

Key Accountabilities:

Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and assessing processes , controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans approved by the Audit Committee. The purpose of these assessments is to provide the Company’s management, the Audit Committee and the Board an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Chola’s operations.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for analyzing data for internal audit, gathering data for internal audit; communicating results of internal audit to stakeholders; establishing quarterly audit plan and audit programs; and following-up on audits and organizations for implementation of recommendations.

Key Purpose of the Job:
The role holder is responsible for managing the collections portfolio in the region. Managing the Collections team in the region and controlling delinquncies is also a critical part of the role.
Education Qualification / Skill sets required:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in the Collections function
  • Must have handled a large team
Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop strategies to minimise delinquencies, achieve targets and control costs in the region
Analyse potential Non Performing Assets and address these cases along with ARM/ BRM
Review chronic cases, Non Starters, Early Defaulters, Non Performing Assets and Cheque Bounces and ensure that they are maintained within budgeted limits
Monitor and keep a close track of Collection Costs in accordance with budget
Analyse cases of NPA for repossession of vehicles and approve, as necessary
Monitor shortfall recovery closely which will minimise bad debt
Make personal visits to high ticket customers and customers with large over dues, as necessary
Review cases under litigation
Conduct regular and periodic review meetings to track and be abreast of all collection cases in the region
Work with reports to track, monitor and take collective action to ensure collections efficiency and performance

Job Purpose:
Will be responsible for driving the Sales team to achieve the goals and targets. Has to co-ordinate and support the DMAs to achieve the targets set for each of them.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining Relationship and guiding the DMA's in achieving the company targets.

  • Provide information about changes required in the services suggested by the DMAs for necessary action to the RSM.
