Information under Regulation 46 and 62 of the SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015

In terms of SEBI circular dated 2 July, 2025, investors who had lodged transfer deeds in relation to transfer of securities prior to 1 April 2019 and rejected/ returned/ not attended due to deficiency in documents/process/ or otherwise may re-lodge such documents with the Company during 7 July, 2025 to 6 January, 2026. The securities that are re-lodged for transfer as mentioned above, will be issued in demat mode only. Investors may write to the Company or RTA in this regard.
