While visits to financial institutions are often frustrating, my experience at Chola today was a complete turnaround. Unlike my visit a year ago, the new counter staff was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained my EMI schedule, fee breakdowns, and foreclosure details. It truly feels like Chola has improved. Please keep up this standard. My only suggestion is to please consider reducing bounce charges to better support customers
