NACH E-Mandate
What is NACH E-Mandate?

NACH E-Mandate is a digital authorization system that allows you to set up automatic, recurring payments (like your EMIs, premiums, or bills) directly from your bank account. It’s a one-time digital setup that replaces paper forms — ensuring your payments are always on time, every time.

Zero Late Fees | 100% Paperless & Fast | Secure & Authorized

Activate NACH E-Mandate in 3 Steps!
  1. Request — Choose “NACH E-Mandate” (or “e-Mandate”) on our payment or loan repayment page and enter your loan/account details.
  2. Authenticate — You’ll be redirected to your bank’s portal (via Net Banking or Debit Card). Confirm the mandate details and authorize the setup.
  3. Activate — Your bank processes the request with NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India). Once approved, we receive a Unique Mandate Reference Number (UMRN), and your auto-debit is active. You’ll get an SMS confirmation!
FAQs
  1. What is a NACH e-Mandate?
It’s a digital permission you give to automatically deduct recurring payments like EMIs, bills, or SIPs from your bank account.
  2. What does 'NACH' stand for?
NACH stands for National Automated Clearing House. It’s the central digital system used by all banks in India for handling recurring transactions.
  3. Is it safe to use?
Yes, it’s very safe. The system is managed by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) and regulated by the RBI. You authorize your bank to debit only up to a specific amount and frequency.
  4. What happens if I don't have enough money in my account?
Just like any failed transaction, the payment will bounce, and you may face penalty charges for a failed EMI.
  5. Can I cancel an e-Mandate later?
Yes. You can cancel it by raising a request with your bank for e-Mandate cancellation. Cancellation is allowed on exception basis like Account closed / Account inactive. If mandate is cancelled, auto-debit of EMI is not possible and non-payment of EMI will attract late fees and penalties.
  6. Is there a limit on the amount that can be deducted?
Yes, for most recurring payments, there’s a maximum amount per transaction up to ₹10 Lakh (as per current NPCI guidelines). You set this limit when you create the mandate.
  7. Can a physical mandate be submitted for registration?
Yes, a physical mandate can be submitted if e-Mandate is not done for any technical reasons or if your bank does not offer the e-Mandate registration facility.
