Ravindra Kumar Kundu,

Managing Director & CEO

Ravindra Kumar Kundu's illustrious career in Chola began in 2000 when he came in as a Senior Executive. Since then, his growth trajectory has been remarkable. Over the years, he has been a beacon of inspiration, guiding and uplifting everyone in the organization. Today, he has grown on to become the Managing Director and CEO of Chola, inspiring & guiding us to greater heights. Chola is delighted to have leaders like him at the helm!

Chief Compliance Officer

Sujatha stepped into Chola as an Assistant Manager in the Secretarial department in 1995. By 1999, she was at the helm of the Secretarial function, a testament to her strong belief in herself and in the organization. Her leadership style was unique; she didn't just manage a team; she cultivated growth, fostering independence within her members. Her crowning achievement was establishing a comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring every process was system-driven, and not reliant on individuals. Chola is blessed to have leaders like her!

Arulselvan’s journey with Chola began in 2008, and today, he stands as the Chief Financial Officer, adding immeasurable value to the company. He's not just a leader but an inspiration, overflowing with vitality, always geared up to conquer challenges and reach new milestones. Beyond his expertise in finance, he's a gifted photographer, driven by an immense passion for capturing the beauty of nature and wildlife.
