During this campaign, all shareholders who have not claimed their Dividend for any Financial Years from 2018-19 to till date or have not updated their KYC or face any issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares may write to the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA):

The shareholders may further note that this campaign has been started proactively and specifically to reach out to shareholders to update their KYC, bank mandates, Nominee and contact information. The shareholders may also claim their Dividend for the aforementioned Financial Years in order to prevent their shares from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA)..
